A small team digitizing the appointment book
HopperLine exists so that hair salons, beauty salons, and clinics in Turkey don't have to answer every WhatsApp and Instagram message by hand. We're a small, focused team right now — not a large company, but a group that saw this problem firsthand and set out to fix it.
Where the name comes from
HopperLine comes from two things: Grace Hopper, one of computer science's pioneers, and "front line" — the first point of contact. Whoever takes the booking is usually a business's first impression. HopperLine exists to make sure that impression is never missed.
Our long-term direction
We want to become an operating system for appointment-based businesses — messaging, bookings, customer management, campaigns, and analytics in one dashboard. The Shopify for beauty salons. That's a direction, not a claim about our size today.
Why now
WhatsApp and Instagram are now where most booking requests arrive. But the tools built to manage those messages either watch a single platform or require an enterprise sales process. HopperLine fills the self-serve gap in between.
