Where the gap is
Tools that watch WhatsApp are usually single-channel and stop at template messages rather than real automation. Tools that also cover Instagram and use real AI tend to require an enterprise sales process or get sold as an agency project. We couldn't find one tool that combines WhatsApp, Instagram, and real-time appointment management in a single dashboard you can set up yourself.
What this means for a salon owner
You don't need to switch between a separate WhatsApp tool, a separate Instagram solution, and a separate appointment calendar. Wherever the message comes from, the same AI reads it and books it onto the same calendar.
